How this site uses your information

33rdelders.org is run by the Elders Quorum presidency of the Smithfield 33rd Ward for quorum members and ward leaders. It is not an official site of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

What we keep

• If you create an account: your name, email address, and either a scrambled (hashed) copy of your password or the ID Google gives us when you sign in with Google. We never see or store your Google password.
• When you last signed in, and what your account is allowed to see.
• For quorum leaders using the attendance tools: which Sundays elders were marked present, and notes the presidency keeps for ministering.

How we use it

Only to let you sign in, decide which pages you can open, and send you emails about your own account (telling you it was approved, or resetting your password). Nothing is emailed to you before your account is approved. We don't sell or share it, and there are no ads or tracking.

Where it's stored

Account and attendance information is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and in Google Sheets owned by the quorum's account. Emails are sent from [email protected].

Removing your account

Email [email protected] and we'll delete your account and the information that goes with it.
